I920, x58 Upgade Choice. Opinions/Suggestions?

I'm planning on upgrading my Motherboard, CPU & RAM & am thinking about a setup like this:

for Intel Socket 775 and 1366

I plan to do a little overclocking (as you may have already guessed given the choice of components)

Basically I just want a little feedback on the various Pro's & Con's of the parts I have chosen?

I would buy G.Skills rather than the Dominators, and apply that saving to step up to the Asus P6X58D-E.
