I've got a 1TB samsung spinpoint hard drive that I'm using as secondary storage after my SSD. It doesn't show up in devices, and when I go to disk management it shows up on the bottom, but not the top, as seen in this screenshot (the missing HD is circled in red):

right-clicking on it gives me the options to convert to dynamic disk, convert to gpt, turn it offline, properties, and make a new simple volume. properties says it's working fine and the drivers are up to date. Not sure what else to do. it shows up on bios as an option to boot from as well. thanks for any and all help/advice!
