Fanless graphic card

Hello,
Hi, is there any differences between fanless and fan cooled of a same type of graphic cards? , for example 9400gt or 9500gt card have both type heatsink and fansink. any difference in quality and price ?

The fanless cards run hotter but you can just add an extra fan to the case.

Fanless card usually run hotter than card with cooler.
So if you doesn't game at all then it's okay to use fanless card...
