ATI 4890 HDMI Connection

Hi, I need to connect the HDMI plug to my monitor "DVD in" it reads HDMI only plug, but it doesn't work. Or how do I have to connect the power cables to the graphic card?
Thanx in advance

The 4890 requires two 6-pin PCI-E power connectors. Both connectors need to be plugged in to adequately power the GPU.
