Wireless WPA2 & WEP IPCam

Hi. I need to know how to combine two types of wireless networks. My network at home was always configured on WEP to support my LevelONE IPCam. Recently hacked, I decided to change it to WPA2. but now the IPCam can't connect.

Is there a way to add an access point or router (suggestions for brand and make would be great!) to my network to make the IPCam connect via WEP? I'd also like to know how I can prevent this specific access point to have access to the Internet in case someone tries to hack it again to abuse my internet quota.
