Hi all,

Had a google but there wasn't much on this.

Has anyone de-soldered cables from their PSU before? I have a mass of cables that I dont use from my Toughpower PSU, so kind of want to get rid of them.

If I need them again later, which i'm, not expecting, I'm guessing I can just solder them in again right?

Are their anmy power problems with de-soldering cables? i.e. the PSU sneding more power down through the cables that remain?

Cheers

Not unless your messy.
The psu doesn't send power thru the cables, the components in your PC draw power from it.
I'm with the numbers guy on this, easier to tie the cables back.
