Is this powersupply good enough for this system?

The HTPC system i am building consists of:
An intel celeron e3300 @ 2.5Ghz
2 gigs of OCZ platinum 1066 ddr3 ram

First of all, is 300w enough for this build? And secondly, Rosewill is good enough (quality wise), right?

  1. Rosewill PSUs are marginally better than Raidmax. The corsair 400CX is more expensive, but also good quality and only a bit more than that rosewill after rebate.
