So I bought 4 of these G-Skill Ripjaw Series 4GB DDR3 1600 chips.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-RSSDailyDeals-_-na-_-na&AID=10521304&PID=3463938&SID=

I read in the reviews that they do not come out of the box at 1600MHz only 1333MHz, this was indeed the case for me. I also read that it was a simple bios fix, but when I try ajust the speed my pc loads out of bios and instantly blue screens and restarts forcing me to stay at 1333MHz any thoughts, on why this is not working for me?
Also how big is the difference from 1333 to 1600? or to 1800 for that matter as my MB states I can OC to 1800.

Complete PC Specs are:

OS - Windows 7 Ultimate

Case - Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX

Solution
The board is probably defaulting to the correct voltage, but it may need a small increase because you have all four slots filled. In that same menu is probably a setting for DRAM Voltage, and it's probably at Auto. Change it to 1.6v (and change the speed to 1600) then save and exit and see what happens.

Well I actually don't know anything about the voltage, I just assumed I would switch it to 1600 and it would work. Here is what I am doing:
Bios > Advanced > JumperFreeConfig > DRAM Frequecy > options are Auto 800 1333 and 1600, obviously I try 1600 > save and exit. As soon as windows begins to load a split second of the blue screen pops up and reboot.
