How can i transfer my data from my hp simplesave to a new computer

I just a got a new computer, but all my music and pictures are backed up on the hp simplesave. How do I transfer them to the new computer?

Back up the files. Reinstall. out them back.

I don't know what HP simple save is but it sounds like bloatware.... just back up your files like normal
