I'm looking to make a new build and I would like to ask if this setup will allow a AMD Phenom II x6 1055T CPU to overclock to 4ghz without overheating?

or should I be looking at a more powerful CPU fan?

Hi.

Get a better cooler like the Hyper 212+, Titan Fenrir, Megahalems or Noctua NH-D14 those are better for the 4GHz that u want.
