CM Storm Scout case mod question

I have a cooler master storm scout right now, and I was wondering if there was any way I could add another second 120mm fan in the front, and what kind of modding i'd need to do. Thanks in advance.

Hello. CM sells this thing which allows a 120mm fan to be mounted to it and also some 3.5" HDD and stuff. However I find it ugly and probably expensive:

I reckon you should be able to put a fan there and zip tie it through the optical drive walls (where the 5.25" drive mount). That will take you like 5 minutes, is basically free and will look nice. This is provided the front panel is mesh, from the pictures I saw it is.
