I am planning to get a Phenom II x4 965 for a new budget gaming build. I was wondering what motherboard I should buy.

I'm not going to be overclocking and I won't ever be running SLI.

Planned specs:
Phenom II x4 965
2x4GB G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR3-1333 (have)
EVGA Geforce GTX 560
Corsair 750TX 750W (have)
WD Black 1TB SATA
Basic DVD Drive (have)

I don't want to spend over $150 and I DO want it to be a reliable brand (not going ASROCK again).

Also, I've read a lot of reviews and topics about the motherboards I've been looking at it. It seems that some have power issues or even caught on fire.

I've been looking at:
Asus M4A79XTD EVO
Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
ASUS M4A87TD EVO
MSI 870A-G54
MSI 890FXA-GD65

Would like some opinions please.

Looks good, way less reviews about weird power switches and fires.

I noticed it had onboard video, would I have to disable the onboard video in the BIOS so my GTX 560 would do the work? Or can they work at the same time? (I'll be plugging my monitor into the 560)

Yep just disable onboard in bios when using a discrete gpu.
Onboard video can be very useful to have when diagnosing issues=bonus.
