3 long beeps. MSI motherboard. Please help

3 long beeps, from what I read indicates 3270 keyboard card. Ive searched and searched but cant seem to find the reason or the way to fix this problem. I'm currently using a differant computer, but if someone could help me out quickly, I would extremely appreciate it.

MSI|880GM-E43 is the motherboard if that is needed.

Also there is no ram or video card installed.

Yes, either it's invalid RAM or you have them on the channels wrong. Consult your manual about how to install RAM

Let me guess, I made a stupid noob move. No Ram = No workey? I have no RAM installed, so please go ahead call me an idiot, and confirm this is the reason im getting a beep.

I have the same problem now. Although I do have a video card and RAM memory, it seems to be a BIOS problem. I do have a Pegatron Motherboard.
