Need an advice before buying new Nvidia GPU

Hi,
Tomorrow I want to bu new GPU(for gaming), and wanted to know your opinion about which card it is better to get for my system, (i know that gtx 480 is better but will it use all of its power on my pc?)
The system is:

MB: Striker 2 Formula (n780i)
CPU: Q9550 E0 @3.72
RAM: 2X2 Corsair XMS2 PC8500 @1050
HDD: 2X Cavair Black in Raid 0 via chiset
PSU: Chieftec CFT 14 750W 82+
Case: TT Xaser VI

Well, a GTX 480 would probably be overkill at that resolution, you might as well save some cash and buy a GTX 470. A GTX 480 won't be bottlenecked by a Core 2 Quad Q9550 running at 3.72GHz.
