What's a good video card to play sims 3?

These are my stats:

Microsoft Windows XP
Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 3

Intel[R]
Pentium[R] 4 CPU 3.20Ghz
3.20 GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM

and can it be under $100 please?

an ATI 4650

HD 4650 In this example the price is $49 plus a rebate if you qualify.
Your CPU may be more of a limiting factor in Sims 3.

the Sims 3 is not a very demanding game, you will be fine

that 4650 only has a 64 bit interface, most 4650 are 128 bit

you pay a bit of a premium to get it from best buy, you can also try microcenter
I would just get one off newegg or tigerdirect
