What Auzentech?
Depends on your needs.
If it's for external A/V then the Asus is made specifically for that.
If it's for music and gaming Auzentech makes two really good cards for that.

Well, between the ASUS HDAV1.3 and the Auzentech HomeTheatreHD, I give the edge to the HTHD. Really, aside from the Essence STX beating the Forte (along with every other card), you can make a case for either company at most any price range.

Unless you have a laptop with the GPU soldered to the motherboard I'm not sure I believe you.

u can have gpu cards for your laptops too, there small but they still count.

The Auzen HomeTheater HD is the better card by far. It offers pure, unadulterated Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD audio.

The Asus card doesn't give as pure an HD sound (as it passes it through a conversion process) and is known to suffer from a lot of software issues which affect the HD output.
