Hello, I have a home made computer and have 2 fans on the case, the back one always runs and is loud as its going so fast and the other doesnt move hardly ever. Any help?

What are you trying to do? Slow the rear one down or speed the front one up. If you hear the front one changing speeds then its probably plugged into the motherboard, which then changes its speed when the temp changes. If you want to slow the rear one down you could buy a adapter which includes a resistor or something similar. Also check if it is plugged into the motherboard too. The front one is probably a slower fan than the rear...
