    The best way to run Turbo C++ on a Windows machine is to use program DOSbox.

    This article explains how that is done:
  2. If you are running the 32-bit version of Windows 7 then it should run natively anyway, just the shortcut might need UAC tweaks (Run this program as an Administrator), etc

    It's just a matter of right clicking on the executable.

    Of course, under Windows 7 64-bit you'll need an extra layer for backwards compatibility (such as DOSBox, above), or a virtual machine.
