I'm buying a new rig and these are the specs:

i5-2500 3.3 Ghz (LGA 1155; Sandybridge)
nVidia GTX 460 1GB
2 x 2GB DDR3 @ 1333Mhz

I need to find a motherboard suited for this and have narrowed my choices down to the MSI P67A-GD55 and the ASUS P8H67-M.
Which one should i go for?

I live in India so my choices are quite limited as well. Click here to see whats available.
Other suggestions would also be helpful.

Please Help
Thanks.

I would get the MSI board for the simple reason it is a ATX board versus the Asus being mATX. It will give you more expandability.

I would get the MSI because p67 > h67(especially because you already have a discrete video card)...

What about the features offered by MSI and ASUS? Does either have an advantage over the other?

Secondly what advantage does the P67 have over the H67?

Thanks.

P67 allows you to overclock your CPU while H67 allows you to use your cruddy onboard Intel video card. Since you have a video card, H67 does not offer you much.
