Hey guys

so probably a really noob question...

i just got a monitor BenQ E2420HD and is HDMI ready and i thought my video card HIS radeon 4850 is HDMI ready but i just notice i don't even have the spot to plug HDMI in the videocard other then my mother board connectors. So does that mean i won't get HDMI on my monitor...

Thanks for the help with my noob question.

Did your video card come with a DVI to HDMI adapter?

Probably, the adapter should plug into the video card, and you can then plug the HDMI cable into the jack in the back of the adapter.

Your card output are 2 DVI and 1 HDTV / S-Video Out, so you can use a DVI to HDMI adapter to your monitor...
Since your package doesn't include a DVI to HDMI adapter, you just can buy it one...
