How did you test the memory?

Is this your RAM?: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145218

Have you made any BIOS changes? Reset your BIOS by going in and choosing Load Optimized Defaults. Save and exit, your machine will reboot. Re-enter BIOS and set the memory timings by hand to 9-9-9-24 and set the DRAM V to 1.6V. If you made other changes, such as setting the SATA mode to AHCI or changing HPET Mode to 64-bit you can set those back as well.

Sometimes to run with 4 sticks of memory you have to give it a little more juice. Make one change at a time: try changing DRAM V to 1.64V. If that's not stable, try changing QPI/Vtt to 1.17V. Finally, on the "Advanced Memory Settings" change Performance Enhance from...

It is not the Ram. The Ram is Corsair XMS3 DHX 4x2GB PC3-10666 1333MHz 240-pin DDR3 CL9 kit-TW3X4G1333C9DHX.
I had set the DRAM V to 1.6v before, but it still bsod. I have set SATA to AHCi, and HPET to 64-bit mode. I have had it on Optimized Defaults.
I will try the new settings.
Thanks for the help.
