I'm assuming you want a high performance gaming pc. I don't know about the product availability in Philippines, but this will give you a fair idea:

Intel i7 750
ASUS p7p55Pro
Gskill 4 GB (2 X 2 GB)
Radeon HD 5850
Antec 300 (if available)
Corsair 550 VX (or any other 500-600 W quality psu)
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1 TB

You didn't mention anything about overclocking (which would require a good aftermarket cooler) or Crossfire (which would necessiate a higher power PSU)

The i7 960 is twice as expensive as the 930.
I'm pretty sure the build you've listed overshoots your own budget by quite a bit.
Again, if gaming is your sole concern, then you could go the i5-750 way (not i7-750, that's a typo, sorry)

An i7 930 build is possible within your budget only if you get a lower end graphic card like the Radeon HD 5770.

This is a very confusing thread. You have the title best motherboard for 1366. To which the answer probably is evga SR2 or ga-x58a-ud9. And since those cost around half of your budget your title doesn't really make sense.

If you want to game go with ksammpanna's build

Thanks for the replies, and sorry about my english and the title as well.

Thanks to ksammpanna...

Now i will go for:
CPU
Intel Core i7-930 (2.8G) 8mb LGA1366 14,100.00

Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-EX58-EXTREME 15,000.00

Graphics Card
HD5770 1gb ddr5 hdmi 8,100.00

Memory
Corsair 4GB DDR3 7,200.00

PSU
Corsair HX650w 6,200.00

Case
CoolerMaster Elite 330 1,700.00

Total 52,300.00

and i will use my old 250gb Seagate Barracuda SATA (tmp),

i want to use high power PSU because little by little i'll upgrade some of the components.

but then thanks again.

You might want to think about adding a second 5770 later.
Also your choice of HDD is questionable, since HDD always bottlenecks the rest of the system, & yours being not the latest or the fastest, will hold back the cpu+gpu quite a bit. I suggest you do get a new HDD as soon as possible & use this one for data & media.

Yeah true hdd bottleneck bassically every task exept compressing(winrar) and actual gaming(loading excluded). I did some testing my self with task manager's resource monitor on my second display. And you could really see that the hdd is always bottlenecking my system.
