MSI P67A-GD65 vs ASUS Sabertooth P67

Last response: in Motherboards

I'm looking at these two motherboards, and the only advantage I can see is that the Sabertooth has more onboard USB 2.0 and better cooling. I'm using the HAF 932, and I want to be able to use all my front USB ports. Is there any way I can get another USB 2.0 header on my motherboard without a better motherboard? Or will I be better off with buying the Sabertooth?
EDIT: Another option would be the UD4. Would this have any advantage?

I personally like the sabertooth but there's no reason to get it over the cheaper p8p67 pro that I can see...

I'd really rather not go for the P8P67 Pro.

Why's that? Just curious...

I've heard a lot of bad stories with ASUS' P67 boards, and it's also not available on Newegg yet.
