I bought a new hitachi 500GB HDD today and just recently installed it. I planned on using this as a secondary to my OCZ SSD that i use for Windows 7.
After installation, i checked and saw that the bios recognized it, however when i open my computer, only my SSD shows up. In disk management, i see the Hitachi, but its not in the window where all the online tutorials say it should be, instead its only at the bottom with limited options SEE BELOW
Is there a step that i missed? do i need to set something in the bios?
