Hello,

I recently replaced the LCD screen on a friends DV6000 (DV6646us). After installing the screen, the bios and boot screens are all scrambled, but if you load into windows, everything displays just fine.

I updated the bios, still scrambled. Windows is fine, external monitor is fine, its only scrambled in BIOS boot.

That cant be a hardware issue still can it? If it works fine it windows, isnt this software somewhere?

Thanks,

Brian
