What's the best 1tb HDD on the market right now?

Hey guys,
I was going to get the WD caviar black 1tb HDD but im having second thoughts because it's only 7200rpm. Whats a better HDD thats fast as well. (I'm going to upgrade to a boot SSD later on)

HERE'S MY PARTS:
MOBO- Asrock x79 extreme 7
CPU- intel core i7 3820
GPU- Gigabyte gtx 670 windforce oc
CASE- HAF X nvidia edition
RAM-Corsair vengeance 16GB 1600MHz (quad channel)
HDD- *
CPU COOLER- corsair H100
PSU-corsair HX650 (650w)
OPD- Lite on DVD/RW 24X

Now guys, dont tell me about the RAM and how stupid it is to get 16gb I KNOW!!! But i'm doing some video editing as well so lets just talk about the HDD plz
P.S. Plus the 16gb ram is quad channel and the ram i like that's 8gb is only dual channel (i know you can get quad channel 8gb ram)

Most drives are 7200rpm. The WD velociraptor is 10,000rpm.

Yea i know. But are there any other faster HDD's? ( faster than 7200rpm ) that are 1tb

A faster transfer rate doesn't necessarily equate to faster rpm's. Some SAS and SCSI drives are 15,000rpm, but those are for server environments. Desktop drives are 5400rpm, 7200rpm, and the velociraptor is 10,000rpm.

Check the disk charts I linked to to find drives with faster transfer rates (NOT RPM's).
