Only my C drive appears in W7

Hi
So today i installed my new hardware (SSD and 1TB HDD)
There is a large issue
Only my SSD is appearing in windows 7, the bios reads it perfectly so I don't think its a bad sata port or something.

Motherboard : gigabyte z68ap-d3
CPU : i5 2500k
GPU: 6850
SSD: Corsair force 3 90GB
HDD: WD 1tb


One thing to note, I put one of these ssds in my new laptop as well and both drives showed on it.

In Windows Disk Management right click on the HDD and create a simple volume. Then right-click and Quick format the drive; then right-click and assign the disk a drive letter.
