HELP URGENT! NO POST SCREEN AFTER NEW BUILT

New built pc, monitor's connected and the computer turns on but nothing shows up no the screen, all there is, is a flashing light. Fans are on as well, please help!

alright I just tried everything it told me to do including resetting the CMOS, nothing's working, still not posting..
