hi guys i live in the caribbean where computer parts are twice the price of that in the US . since i'll be on vocation next week in the US . i was plan on ordering my parts and bringing them back with me .

any safe way to do this without damaging items ?

will airport security allow this?

will the scanner damage them?

what about static?

already have case items such as CPU, motherboard, power supply and memory is what I'll be traveling with thanks in advance.

Best solution

Homebuilt system Master

Static is not an issue when it's left in the factory packaging.
Scanner's don't damage working laptops so I'm sure your parts are safe.
Security may take a 2nd look but there shouldn't be any problems.
A sturdy hard sided suit case or sturdy box and a good job packing the parts inside should see them safely to your final destination.

what do you think of this in a haf 922 case
