Okay, first off, I already have the build so there's nothing I can change about it at the moment. I'm just bored as I'm waiting for my replacement GTX 470 to arrive so I thought I'd make one of these just for fun.

Cooler Master Storm Scout $100 (bought this at my local Fry's even though I saw it for cheaper on Newegg)

AMD Phenom II X4 965 $180 (with a $15 promotional gift, I plan to purchase some case fans when I get it)

Asus M4A79XTD EVO $120 ($110 after mail-in rebate)

EVGA GTX 470 and OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w $380 (Combo deal, $360 after mail-in rebate, 470 giving me some problems with RMA and such...)

G.Skill RipJaw Series 4gb 1600mhz @ 7-8-7-24 $110 (Can't seem to get the advertised timing to be stable, I think it's because I'm using an AMD CPU when it was optimized for an i7. Should've caught that before buying it -_-)

1TB 7200 RPM Samsung Spinpoint $70

Generic 24x Sony Optiarc CD/DVD Burner $23

Windows 7 64-Bit Home Premium $120 (Long story...)

Total after savings before taxing came out to be: $1058

Price on eCollegePC: $1263 (Everyone was the same specs except the DVD Burner and the brand of the parts)

Very basic system that I'll be using mainly for gaming. How long do you guys think it'll be before I'll have to upgrade.

These parts were bought for playing on a 20in. 1680x1050 monitor in mind, but I'm going to stick with my other 18.5in. 1366x768 monitor because I just can't get use to the 20in. monitor. Yes, I know, I'm weird >.>

Anyways, this is just a for fun topic to pass the time while I wait for my replacement GPU to arrive. Rate it seriously please!

Thanks.
