Windows 7 keyboard configuration

Hello,
My keyboard is not returning the proper characters. For instance the ? returns É. The greater than symbol returns " and the square brackets return ^^ and ç. The shift number 6 returns ?

I have no idea how this happened. I have rebooted and still have the same problem.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Did u install anything? Try to system restore to the previous time.
