Given me recommendation for HDD

Hi, I am looking for a Harddrive to serve as my data drive(primary is 256G Samsung 830 SSD), speed is not important but reliablity/warranty is somewhat of a factor. Above all else I want the best GB/$

Please give me a recommendation, and if you can get me a newegg link that would be great too.

p.s if how much does SATA III HDDs improve over SATA II HDDs, is that important?
