Difference between these and opinions

I am in the process of building a gaming computer that will be using Intel core i5 2500k Sandy bridge CPU running Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
I dont have a motherboard picked yet. This will be mostly used for gaming and multitasking.

I am just wondering what the difference is between these sets of ram. These

The only difference I see is the one is 8-8-8-24 instead of 9-9-9-24. Is that drop in timings going to be noticeable and is it worth the extra 30$?
Also what are your opinions on these, I dont know a whole lot about RAM but from what I have read 1600MHz shows a significant improvement for multi tasking but thats about it. It has very little impact on gaming FPS. So should I bother with 1600 or just stick to 1333?

There would be a measurable difference but not noticeable. Chances are that the faster one would overclock better. If you plan to overclock the CPU I would go with the 1600Mhz min.

k So getting the 8-8-8 isnt worth it. Are there any differences between the other four that I am not seeing? And which of those would you suggest?

I would go with the RipjawsX since they are enhanced for P67! If your CPU cooler overhangs the memory slots the Sniper is an option if there is space concern.

Will the stock cooler for the 2500k be an issue with the RipjawsX?

No the stock cooler should be fine and not overhang the ram slots
