Proper airflow in Antec P180

Antec P180 Inside View
I just built my computer with the Antec P180 case. Above is a link to the inside view. It's not mine, but that is what it looks like. It seems by default the fan on the top left (left of the cpu) pushes air inside and the big fan on the top (above cpu) as well. There are no other fans to bring air outside. I have a Hyper 212 cpu cooler with the fan on the right side pushing air to the left, towards the cooler.
Is this proper air flow to keep things cool? Is there a way to make one of the fans push air outside instead of in?
