OMG...
You bought 580W PSU for $18.69 ?!

Just for comparison, this is my PSU:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

PSU is the most important thing in your system...
Next time, choose high quality one, like Corsair, Antec, OCZ, Seasonic, SilverStone.

Your CPU and else are good, except PSU and VGA...

DO you mean Nvidia GT 240?
You've said above that your budget for vga is $200
HD 5770 is far more powerful than GT 240...

Yes, get a Radeon 5770 for $160 and use the extra $40 to buy a new psu after selling the one you bought.
Also you might want to consider getting another 2GB of ram as well.

What was your reason for buying the Phenom II X6 1055T? I can't seem to figure it out considering you seemed to go to the extreme to budget for your other parts.

That PSU has most of it's amperage on wrong lines, namely the 5V line and 3,3 V line. The 12V line, which is the most important, can only produce 300W maximum theoretically, seriously limiting the hardware you can run with it. Also it does not have many connctors for modern computers, mostly older 4 pin peripheral connectors and only one SATA connector.. and NO PCI-Express connectors which means you can't plug even any mainstream graphics card to it. Also these low quality / price power supplies tend to have unstable power output which can ( with bad luck) damage your other components.

You can tell the quality by it's price...
I'm suggesting you to sell your psu and get a new one with higher quality like i said above...
Cheap PSU is usually not reliable, you can fry all things in your case, and it cause by $19 thing...
Well, i already give my advice.
Anyone?

It depends somewhat on the graphics card you are going to get. But if you are getting the suggested Ati HD5770 a quality 450W will do assuming you won't be overclocking much.

Okay, that's even better PSU.. :D
But since your mobo only support 1 PCI-E slot and can't do any SLI or CrossFire, you only wasting your money...
A quality 450W PSU will be enough if you want HD5770... :)
