Installing New Graphics Card

I recently bought the XFX HD 5750 Graphics Card and I was wondering. Currently I have ATI HD 3200 integrated graphics card and the catalyst control center. For installing the new graphics card would I disable my onboard card, then uninstall catalyst control center, then install new card?

Also, drivers is any uninstalling needed or just disabling since I currently have integrated graphics.

For safety, uninstall your onboard graphic driver, disable your onboard from BIOS, insert your card to PCI-E slot, and install driver for your HD5750...
