Graphic card for SIX 42LG2100

I have six LG 42" LCD screens, and i need to connect them on one PC.
If i buy radeon 5870 eyefinity 6 edition card, can i connect all this screens ?
or is some another better solution to connect this LG to PC.

Well, you'll need the monitors to support DisplayPort I believe.

Well, you must have displayport to run 6 monitors...

i was thinking to buy Radeon HD 5870 2GB card but I am confused regarding this displayports.
Do i need 6 mini-DisplayPort-to-HDMI active or passive, because LG 42" resolution is
1366x768.
