Thanks for all your comments.

Looks as if the photos went down a lot better than the site !

The site will continually be under construction as I add more photos or
become more proficient at Frontpage. I honestly dont see this as a problem
as the site is not of a commercial nature. Do you guys think I should pull
it down untill I get more content added?

The site is fine; just get rid of frames, and don't put up a link that
leads nowhere or to a page with nothing to fulfill the expectation
generated by its presence.

Frontpage is one of the least good page generators. There are free ones
on the Web that make much more efficient code. Many of them have a
special facility to "clean up" Frontpage code. One of the troubles with
easy-coders like Frontpage is that users succumb to the "New Hammer"
syndrome:
_To a person with a new hammer, everything starts to look like a nail._
