By the way, the 4850 will maim, slaughter, dismember, and otherwise grossly annihilate the GT220.

The 220 is not a gaming card, it is very weak. The HP Desktop deal sounds like a complete rip off. I am not sure how it can cost $849 with a card like the 220 in it.

The 4850 card is a much much better card (though still old tech) but for $700 I wonder what else you are getting in that computer to cost as high as 700

Sounds decent. The HD4850 is pretty good for gaming at 1680x1050 and great at resolutions below that.
