Noise coming from my power supply

Hi !! There`s a sound coming frm my power supply unit .. and my pc is not starting .... What should I do ... Help me ....

Buy a new psu or rma your present psu if a warranty is still active.

I see two possibilities:
1- Yours is a low quality PSU and that sound is your PSU telling you that it has low-end quality internal components.
2- Your PSU is defective/dying. If this is your case, try contact with the brand and RMA it.
