You've pretty much described every P67 mainboard on the market.

All have DDR3 memory.
All have at least one PCIe x16 slot.
All have overclocking capabilities.
All support Sandy Bridge, which is a 64-bit processor.
All have USB 3.0 ports.
All have SATA3 6.0Gbps ports.

I haven't yet seen a P67 board that will do x16/x16 SLI or CrossFire (they all do x16/x8 or x8/x8 instead), so you're out of luck there.

Good boards to shoot for:
ASRock P67 Extreme4/Extreme6
ASUS P8P67 Pro/Evo/Deluxe
Gigabyte P67A-UD4/UD5/UD7
MSi P67A-GD53/GD55/GD65/GD80

The basic differences between all of those boards I listed is the number of power phases, the number of PCIe x16 slots, the number of USB 3.0 ports, and the number of SATA3 ports.

Power phases are important because (theoretically) the more you have, the smoother the power delivery and the higher you can overclock the CPU.

More PCIe x16 slots are only important if you plan on doing two-card or three-card SLI or CrossFire.

More USB 3.0 ports are only important if you have many USB 3.0 devices.

More SATA3 ports would be good if you plan on doing RAID or just have more SATA3 drives.

Edit: Any further investigation is better done by you going to the manufacturers' sites and checking the boards out for yourself. The specific differences are all there.

The following is something I recommended to a Forum friend, and hopefully will help ;)  Beyond the 2 X PCIe you might want a freed-up x4 PCIe for a RAID or PCIe SSD.

MOBO: P8P67 DELUXE
CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz
RAM: 2X4GB sets of Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL 1600/C9; splurge F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM 1600/C8

ASUS:
Maximus IV Extreme {2~3WAY, x8...x8, Marvell 9182 [ASUS typo? 9128] RAID 0/1, Dual Intel LAN}
P8P67 WS Revolution {2~3WAY & 4-WAY Quadro only, x8...x8, Marvell 9128 RAID 0/1, Dual Intel LAN}

P8P67 DELUXE {2-WAY, x8/x8 + x4 open, Marvell 9128 RAID 0/1, USB3 Ft Panel}

P8P67 EVO {2-WAY, x8/x8 + x4 open, Marvell 9120 no RAID, Dual Intel LAN}
P8P67 PRO {2-WAY, x8/x8 + x4 open, Marvell 9120 no RAID}

P8P67 LE {cheap}
P8P67 {cheap}
P8P67-M {cheap}
P8P67-M PRO {cheap}
SABERTOOTH P67 {cheap}

EVGA, maybe the EVGA P67 SLI non-Intel LAN and I 'think' Marvell 9128 RAID 0/1 {I know it offers SATA3 RAID 0/1}.
