Green screen

Hello,
I have a HP touchsmart tx2 1010ea running ATI Radeon HD 4550 Graphics.
When i tried turning it on yesterday the screen was bright green with darklines running through it and was very wavey. I believe the graphics card has blown and i wanted your input on this and how much it would be to get it fixed. usually i would just update the graphics card but as its a touch screen i was confused on what to do.

It could be an overheating or defective card...
Did you check the temps?
download program called CPU-Z:
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
and see what temp is yours...
