Psu making sounds?

hey guys i just had bought and installed a new psu (antec neo 620w) and when i turn my pc on it makes this weird sound.
it made the same sound with my old psu (rosewill 550w) when i would unplug it or turn the psu off. i havent tried it with the new psu but will after this post.

amd 955
msi nf-750-g55
bfg gts 250 1gb
4gb ddr3 1333 (underclocked)

Can you describe the sound? Is it a high pitched squeal, a buzz, a clicking?

its like a squeaking sound, like the power is going through it.

i turned my pc off and turned the psu off/unplugged it and it didnt make the sound like my old one did.
i think the sound might be coming from the cpu area.

also i dont know if this matters but i have the 4 pin plug for the mobo cord on my zalman.
