My memory card is corrupted

Hello every body,

My memory card is corrupted and not showing in mobile (Nokia C5-03) but it shown in PC, what problem with its........

yes me format it in mobile but same result. some time it working in mobile and after 5 to 10 minute it shown the message "The memory card is corrupted"
