Ram for Evga P55 SLI

It has been a while since I was on the market searching for memory. I have the evga p55 sli runing i7 860 and wonder which type of ram is compatible. I was looking at the evga site and they have this:

Does that mean my system is able to run with all of those ram speed? Which speed do you think should be recommended for my system?

That list is what EVGA has tested and confirmed to work.
It doesn't necessarily mean other kits won't work.
Your best bet is to go with DDR3 dual channel 1600Mhz CL8 or 7 imo.

I put this same setup into the gf's rig I built her... installed a cheapo 2x2GB set of corsair 1300 CL9 that worked, the gskill ripjaws CL7 2x2gb also worked without incident... got it for 41bucks on the egg.

I just had to tweak a few settings as the profile didn't load up properly... takes all of 2 mins to do.
