Turn off your psu with it's on/off switch.
Unplug the psu from the wall.
Depress your case power button for 3 sec.
Open your case and place one hand on the metal chassis or psu.
Remove the silver coin shaped battery for 5 min.
Replace the battery.
Plug the psu in and turn it's switch on.
Turn on your pc.
You have just reset your CMOS.
If you can access your bios
select optimized defaults save and exit.
If that doesn't prove satisfactory you have other issues.
