Thanks , i was thinking maybe ill change the CPU to amd phenom 955 plus the motherboard to get MSI Hd 5850 in the same budget just 10$'s more . what do you think ?

I think it's a good idea the i5 750 is great for gaming but doesn't have hyper-threading which is important for Photoshop and Adobe.
The AMD cpu is the one i would recommend. The 5850 is a no-brainer and wanted to suggest it in the other build.
It's obvious you have a good knowledge of components.
I hope you like my ram and psu suggestions and consider them for your AMD build.
I own both in my I3 530 build.
The ram will work with AMD from what i've read from user reviews on Newegg.
The ModXtreme psu has a bigger fan(quieter) and is 80% modular making cable management a whole lot cleaner.
Be forewarned the 8 pin top mobo power lead is short you may need an extension.
I just made it barely in a CM 690II.

Oh well , the MSI 5850 is quiet and great , but only one problem , i can barely OC it (after 1.149v it just crashes).
i added the ram and the psu to my build so thanks for that.

actually i made this build for gaming more than photoshop etc.. , But its still pretty confusing , i5 750 with 5830 or AMD 955 with 5850 ?
