1066 ddr2 memory help frequency settings

i am running 4x2 8gb ddr2 1066 mhz memory , i was under the impression that each module is if set properly was to run 1066 mhz. i downloaded cpuz and it shows dram frequency 533.3-fsb 3:8- at 5-5-5-15 bank cycle time 31 command rate 2t. kingston hyper ddr2 settings . if i could get help with this is confusing .

DDR is double data rate. So you multiply 533 x 2 for 1066.

It is actual and effective! DDR dual data rate means actual 533MHz (CPU-Z) is effective 1066MHz
