Assalam Alaikum and Hello to all bro out here

Just wanting to know some about pc stuff
i was using dual core e2160 1.8ghz with d945 gccr 1gbx2 667/800 bus ram ddr2
My major usage of pc is Virtulization
So what i felt my this pc was growing old in terms of virtulization works
So i sold it out now i need to know i am planning to buy board may be dg41rq or dg43nb + c2d 6550 or 6750
I do know 6550 and 6750 have VT in it self
But again will it really run things like boom ?
On previous Pc i was running XP on my physical machine
and like 3-4 Windows Server 2003 R2 on VMware
They were working without getting hanged or stucking.
Will this help in some major advantage in performance or it will be just like hmm its ok then before ?
I do play some games as well Like World of warcraft Call of duty and some like that
Awaiting on some good and sensible replies

Peace
You can suggest me some other mobo + processor if you think they are better then i stated above

AMD's Hyper-V is a better desktop visualization platform compared to Intel's VT.. In any case, you should be getting a quad core CPU at the least if you plan on running so many VM's.. I'll recommend an AMD Phenom II X6 1055T as the CPU.. Motherboard is not really a performance factor here.. Just select one which will be compatible with the CPU.. I believe a 790GX chipset motherboard will be good..
