Cannot install to the root of a drive on 2nd ssd windows 7 64 bit

any help would be greatly appreciated, just put in another 128 gig SSD want to use it for games and such. But, when I go to put a game on it, I get an error, You cannot install to the root of a drive. Please choose a directiory

How do you have the drive formatted? That error message is normally associate with FAT16 file system.

Make sure the drive is formatted with NTFS file system.
